Surround yourself with people that make you feel like you can fly. Because sometimes you do. ✨

At mile 195 of 203, I moved into 3rd. Usually I fade late. This time I flew—the last 50 were the fastest. Neg
🌅 I did it: 203 miles
🥇 1st female | 🥉 3rd overall

For ten weeks, I was training to break 6 minutes in the mile. But when it came time to line up… endurance won, speed lost. 💫

Instead of a 1-mile race, I jumped straight into my first 200
